Convert to FireGlass

This renovation project in Bellevue WA, was a real dramatic transformation. And we were glad to be part of it; since it turned out so great! We provided a Steel Double H Burner with 1/4 Starfire Base Glass and 1/2” Starfire Base Glass.

This custom / contemporary Aluminum pan was solely designed to hold a double 24" indoor burner and FireGlass. Unlike propane fireplaces that require a pan, this was simply built for its aesthetic purpose.

The FireGlass used was 1/4" Starfire Base Glass, 3/4" Starfire Base Glass and 1/4" Clear White Base Glass.

If you would like a custom pan, please have ready your fireplace measurements (front width, back width and length from front to back) digital camera pictures of the fireplace and a general idea of the type of pan design you'd like.

Jeff Minton, did the right thing and got rid of his dirty logs, and cleaned out his fireplace to install our beautiful clean burning fire glass.

A fresh coat of Andover White fireplace paint with a Double 24" Fireplace Burner.

A base of Crushed Lava Rock, with Black Reflective Base Glass and Orange Red Topper over everything and you're done!

These pictures come to us from a customer in Pasadena, a who did the installation themselves. Here you can see the fireplace before it was painted but with the dirty fake logs removed.

Since it was a particularly large and wide fireplace, they used a indoor Steel Double H-Burner.

Here the Azurlite Base Glass FireGlass is installed and the fireplace walls painted with Warm Brown High Heat Paint.

The fireplace below is from Cory here locally in Rancho Cucamonga California. This transformation was a complete surface make over along with out Sterling Silver interior. The glass that was used was Bronze Base Glass. This is truly a DIY project and we like to help you create your ideas to reality.

Here we begin with the old interior brick panels removed. Below you can see the new stone being applied.

Below the Sterling Silver panels and Bronze Base Glass with a few pounds of Gold Base Glass was installed.

Now you can see the reflection on the walls in the Sterling Silver panels. No, these are not just mirrors in the fireplace. If you do try this, let us know how it worked out for you. Again we are proud to constantly give you new and exciting products for your fireplace and fire pit projects.

These fireplace pictures were sent to us by a very creative customer. He used a Starfire Base Glass and Clear Pyrite Base Glass added to the surface for a little sparkle. Great job!

The fireplace below has Ford Blue Base Glass and Ford Blue Reflective Base Glass installed.

These fireplace pictures come to us from our customer who used Clear Base Glass FireGlass and used a double burner which he then upgraded to a triple-burner for MORE flames!

These fireplace pictures come to us from a customer in Palm Springs, CA. We created a custom aluminum fireplace surround and Starfire Base Glass FireGlass.

These fireplace pictures come to us from Rodney in Texas. He used Starfire Base Glass FireGlass, Amber Topper and a custom fireplace surround. Very nice install.

The first one starts with a brick face and Clear Base Glass FireGlass base. But then he gave his fireplace a face-lift adding some black granite and some Clear Ice Ice Ice Topper. And now we have an even nicer fireplace!

Here is the 2nd fireplace with a Clear Base Glass FireGlass with Bronze Base Glass on top.

our customer converted his fireplace and he sent us his self install photos. Here's how it started out, dirty ugly and very un-Moderustic. But with a little stove paint and a new Moderustic burner progress is on its way! He then added some lava rock to start building his base.

Finally he added some Green Base Glass FireGlass, Green Reflective Base Glass FireGlass, and lava rock filler.

This install only took 30 minutes. First install the burner and test the flame pattern. Test the flame on high and low to insure the flame goes straight up and does not hit the walls. After masking and painting we turned the flame on low to heat the paint to dry it quicker.

Turn the light down low to see the flame pattern as you will have the light down low with your evening fire. The pipe burners can be adjusted to the desired effect. The lava rock was added

And then we test the flame pattern once again. Pour 2" Starfire Base Glass and your done.

The fireplace below has a steel pan underneath to conceal the 12 volt remote control. We used a Clear Base Glass and topped it with a Starfire Base Glass and then added Diamonds on the surface.

You can see the front plate that was painted to match which is removable if and when necessary to change the batteries. The legs were 4 1/2" and the pan was 2" tall. The removable front metal curtain was 6 1/2" tall.

The fireplace below started out a little bland and with a little metal work and some of our FireGlass it turned out pretty nice. The Fire glass used was Starfire Base Glass and Red Topping.

RETURN POLICY!

Shipping has become an issue so all orders will and must be signed for. No package will be left at your door unless you sign for it. This is called an indirect or direct signature request. It is also refereed to as a Signature service. If a package or packages are left at your door per your request, you will be the responsible party.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with exceptions only by management
Returned products must be unused and/or unmixed
Returned products must be packaged well to avoid damage in transit, or you will be responsible for the damage
Returned products that are damaged in transit will not be able to be refunded
Refunds will be made towards product cost only
Refunds will not be given for non-product labor costs (consulting fees, installation fees, labor, shipping etc.)

No returns on products that contain electronics (if they were used or installed)

Please check with your local building department or governing agencies for proper approvals before purchasing. Custom built or designed items are not returnable for any reason.
